Graduation

The class of 2010 will walk across the stage tomorrow. They will be dressed in their caps and gowns. With smiles on their faces and tears in their eyes, families and friends will proudly watch their loved ones receive a hard-earned degree.

A number of my friends will grace that stage this year, and I’ll be right there to cheer for their accomplishments. It’s a bittersweet moment, really. I’ll miss them dearly, but I’m so excited for what journeys they will embark on next. God has amazing things in store for each of them, I know.

If you’re graduating this year, good luck to you! You’re entering the real world. *cue Law and Order scene change sound* But you’re gonna be okay.

If you’re transferring, I hope you enjoy your new school and have wonderful classes that help you prepare for your career goals. If you’re coming back next year, I’ll see you in August!

Enjoy the summer AU! The next three months are all yours. California, here I come!
